What does one do under built up tension?
Cry?
Sing?
Eat?
Exercise?
Laugh?
Sit idly?
Roam around aimlessly?
Someone asked me this question yesterday, i have no answer to enlighten him. Surprisingly he told he does not know how to handle it too.
Ah well, now its not peculiar that i post to ask of this now what do you do?
